      Refresh my memory

I get sooooo many magazines I can't keep them all straight. A while back I remember an article that had several artist renderings of how they would build a mid 70's firebird.

One of them was basically to take a 74-81 body and put a 70-73 doghouse on it (basically getting the wrap around window and the cool front grill together. Does anyone remember this? I'd love to find that article again because I'm kicking around doing something like that as my next project.

I thought I'd ask this distingushed group instead of spending days looking through back issues.

      Thanks in advance,

Of course, I didn't remember what I thought I remembered. Looks like the design I thought put a old front clip on a newer TA actually suggested doing the opposite. Ohh well.

I do wonder how hard it would be to put a 70-73 front clip onto a 74-81 T/A or camaro. I would think It should bolt on if you have the whole clip.

it would take a lot to make that work on a camaro as fenders and hood are different. are you actually considering doing that to a camaro?

Let me re-phrase. Put a 70-73 clip from camaro on a camaro, or a firebird clip on a firebird, not mixing the two.

      Sorry for the confusion.
