Anyone Ever Install Their Own Sump Pump?
Hey all,
My house _never_ gets water, but with the 6+ inches of rain we got over the last two days, I've been sucking water out from under the subfloor in my finished basement with a ShopVac. Anyone ever do their own sump pump? How hard was it? I have a fair amount of experience working around the house, and my father-in-law is an old-school brick/tile/masonry expert from Italy. Think we could tackle this job?
