Pinks All Out

I just got home from Rockingham Dragway (4 miles from my house). Pinks was the having there All Out Race. The format allowed 300 cars to enter and pinks picked which cars on the time spectrum they would run. They chose the 10.50 range, for 16 cars to run in eliminations. They had a couple mustangs, camaro's, nova's and a crx.It was heads up whoever got to the top end first advanced. The final had a Chevy powered Mustang and a Nova. The final was the best 2 out of 3 to win. The Mustang broke first pass. But he came back to win the next 2 runs. The new format works well. I bet the were 20 to 30 thousand spectators.
