Wayne Due makes a subframe to accept C4 components, it's a really nice piece. His new subframe uses C5 components, but there is a bit more mod work involved.

I'm not sure what prices you looked at, but I know if you hunt around for the C4 stuff yourself, and just buy the bare WD subframe, it's cheaper.

I'm not 100% sure so I don't want to give bad info. Hopefully someone else will know, I'm sure someone here has purchased a bare frame from Wayne?

I think the bare frame is $2400 for the C-4 , not bad if you have ever seen one. I've seen people try to copy it but none of succeeded (sp) IMO.

Wayne Due is no longer in business. Check Art Morrison or 21st Century if you want a subframe that uses C5 components. I think Jakes Hot Rod Shop also has a new subframe that uses C5 components.

I'm actually putting a full C4 suspension under a 68 Camaro. I already have all the donor stuff from the C4 but I don't have the frame to get the reference dimensions from to fabricate the sub frames I'll need (may just make a whole tube chassis) I'm also planing on upgrading the breaks from C4 to C5 ZO6, I'm told its possible without too much work.
