      Question about floor

It looks like I'll be installing a TKO-600 in a week or so (hopefully ), and I'm pretty sure my friend has a welder, but he's usually pretty busy, so I may not get a chance to weld the patch panel on. I'm just wondering if it'd be ok to drive with the top of the trans exposed? I don't see why not since my exhaust doesn't leak and I really wouldn't mind any increased road noise/wind, but I just want to hear others agree with me. :p

There's no problem driving with a hole in the floor. Consider it another vent window.
