Displacment on demand
IS there anyway to flash the computer in my buddies 06 gto to have the same displacment on demand like the corvette? or will a computer swap be needed. or is there other stuff invloved that would need to be added to the goat's engine management system.

Other stuff is needed mechanicaly in the engine.

Uhm... the Y-body doesnt utilize DOD.
Yes it is true that there are many other elements to the DOD design and operation beyond ECU programming. Here are some relitive links towards this subject:
