      Problems with 69 camaro motor

I have a fresh rebuilt 383 stroker in my 69 camaro. After install it fired right up without a problem. It eventually got was harder and harder to start after a couple of days, then just stopped starting . the car turns over easy. What I have done so far.
Re ran all my front engine wires, ran a 12 volt wire straight to the coil. checked to make sure all connections are grounded, bought a new msd coil. put a new hi torque starter on it, charged my battery. Pulled the distributor and droped it on the number one cylinder again just to check, rechecked all my wires.
i dont know what it could be, ranjust fine early, then just stopped. If any one out there is close to eglin afb in florida please come by and look. If not any advice would be greatly appreciated.
