I just wish they'd get more "on board" with us folks (g-machines). Less tech and more car features would help too. I did not read the whole article and missed the part about them making it more of a touring car in the future. That is very encouraging.

Over the last year or so Hot Rod has really improved. A ton of coverage of things like ECTA, Bonneville and other atypical events. I really like the annual "dare to be different" thing as well. My only gripe I guess is that this car, and the Hot-Rod Spcl. are both way out of the reach of the overwhelming majority of the readership. I think I would be more interested if these things weren't as absurdly expensive. That does not however keep me from diggin it.

I would love to see a true budget build-up of a G-Machine. G28 was close but not close enough. If you were going to truly do a budget build-up, you would have to include every single item and modification that was needed and also include the sales tax and shipping costs for all purchased parts. Sorry, but if you want it to be genuine, those costs absolutely MUST be taken into account.
