      New wiper switch, not working

      im trying to install a new wiper switch, the factory one is a three wire, i cant seem to get this switch to work theres a black wire , light blue, dark blue, this is the switch im using on the 69

      I bought 1 not from painless but looks the same and was faulty, did not work at all ,that might be the fault.

      Is it factory harness or a painless?

      factory harness, tried to ground the power connection and it works on low but nothing else
