      motor for bird

      just picked up a 69 ys coded 400 cu 350 hp motor for my 69 firebird ..was gonna throw a chevy motor in it then my buddy came up with this one..i believe its for a gto..but hey its pontiac close enough..i seperated it from trans today to put on stand gonna freshing it up with some paint ..will get pic soon..heres car its going in..bought from 63sw from forum..finally progress on a project..lol

      yeah ..Nine Ball..was thinking hmm wrecked new gto..perfect..but this is just a cheaper..10 foot summer cruiser...but am really wanting to do a ls2 for my camaro convert project..

      Yes, newer Chevys have those engines too, but none of them are "Chevy" engines. They are GM corporate engines. In 30 years, the 2004-2006 GTO purists will still be proud of their LS1/LS2 engines, just like the current older GTO owners are proud of theirs. haha
