      covans wiring

      anyone that has a covans classic dash in a first gen, did you use their wiring harness to adapt autometer gauges? any info would be helpfull. thanks ,greg

      No. You still need to hack up your wiring harness to plug it into theirs, so I decided to save some cash. especially since I wanted to locate my turn signals, warning lights, etc where I wanted. Also adding some other stuff to the dash so I figured I would just make my own.

      I used it, but I still had to splice into the factory wires. Pretty easy though and everything works correctly.
