Will i need ...???
.... a different than stock pilot bearing if i'm putting my 93 LT1 T56 into my 68 camaro with a 2 piece rear seal and that "special" flywheel?

You should be able to use a standard gm roller pilot bearing as long as that transmission has the lt input shaft in it.
