      Comfortweave vs. Standard Seats

Hi, ive got a 69 Camaro that needs some TLC in the interior. The seats, dash panels, pretty much everything are in rough shape. In the somewhat near future I'll be redoing the seats and am curious about the comfortweave. Currently the seats are the standard vinyl. I havent actually had a chance to feel the comfortweave, but are there any benefits to it other than just looks? Mainly in the way of not being as hot on your back when you're sitting in them? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have the comfortweave seats in my "stock" car and love them.

I do believe they are cooler than the standard seats and have been thinking about having comfortweave inserts stitched into some leather seats for my current project.

If you do switch over you need to get the foam that fits deluxe interior. There is more foam in the seats. Springs are also different but you can make it work.

      Comfortweave

My car had the Comfortweave from the factory and I stuck with it when I refreshed the interior (used an NPD upholstery kit I think) and really love it. It's definitely cooler than the vinyl would be (i'm in Phoenix so I consider myself to be an expert on hot black seats) and I think it looks far better than the regular vinyl, in my opinion of course.

Nice, thanks for all the info and the headsup on the foam. I'll most likely be going with comfortweave when it comes time to do the seats. Does anyone have a picture of the rear seats by chance?
