      porting putty/epoxy

      I'm working on a nice little 411 pontiac,11-1,single plane.The intake as cast is a little farther off than I would like. I've heard of pro's using epoxy to fill and re-port. Anyone recommend a certain brand that would work best?

      epoxys for head or intake mods

      When we modified heads and intakes we used Devacon Two part Epoxy I hope I spelled it right . Or Mondello Pyro Putty 1400deg or he also has one for cast iron also so both stay on real well ,Hope that can Help

      Just Ordered Some. I'll See What Happens. It Says It's Good For
      250 Degrees. Should Do Alright Ya Think?

      The Mondello stuff is KopCoat; It's pretty butal.
