      Anyone who watched Rides

Well, congrats to Steve Strope (Pure Vision) for an entire episode about his latest!! I'm glad for him that he is now very solidly on the map! Not that 3 Hot Rod top 10's didn't do it already! But, if you haven't seen the episode, watch it, it is good. Steve is a great guy and deserves major kudos!

Totaly cool show! I just got off the phone with Steve. It's about 5 min after the show ended and it sounded like he had 50 people in the background at his house having a party. That is one cool car!!!!!!

      Way to go Steve!!!!

      Pure bad a$$

That car is bad as hell, we sat with Frank(from Pure Vision) at the dinner and he didn't say anything about show and problems...worth the trouble seeing the owners face at the reveal. Can't wait to see whats next.

The car was beautiful in person, I was drooling over it's subtle design style and colors at SEMA, and I didn't even know the 'story' behind it.

Great car! The details must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Examples include the hand painted gauge cluster. H A M M E R letters on the rear deck that individually cast by a jeweler to look factory. And the car is very realistic. Any one of us could duplicate all or part of the build with some careful planning.

That car was my favorite at SEMA. I loved it.

My only problem was the lighting around the car was low, so I had trouble taking in all the details. If anybody has more pics, post 'em up!

I agree that car is bad ass. It is nice to see more and more PT styling on tv!!! At least that's my opinion.

I have been infected by the PT bug. My car was all out drag, TH 350 manual valve body with 4500 stall and transbrake, 250 NOS, and 90/10 with drag springs. Now in a little more than a year, it has 18's, sits low, suspension is still work in progress, but I have the TKO now and love it.

19's on back, 18's on front, but the front wheels look a little small for some reason?

I'm tellin' you guys..... YOU GOTTA GET TiVo. It was just waiting ther for me to watch whenever I got back to the tube!

Anyway Steve really came across great on the show!!! My favorite part of the show was when they showed Troy T. peeking in the drivers side window right after Steve pulled it in The Mopar Speed Shop display.

I could only pray that Troy would sometime EVER take the time to check out my work!

I met Troy back in like 1989 at the Hot Rod Super Nationals before he had really any name for himself and we were both alot skinnier then! HE was and still is a stand-up guy. I can't wait to meet him again.

      NICE JOB STEVE!!!
