Help Finding An Old Car Once Owned

Anybody have somebody who can run VIN#'S or locate a specific car?

It is I think in NY but NY has those super tuff privacy laws where you can't run VIN#'s anymore unless you have some serious connections. From what I understand even Cop's have to fill out a log as to why it was searched.

Anybody know someone who has a way past this or can do it legally??

I am willing to pay either way. It was a car I sold approx 20 years ago and am curious where it is and am willing to make a serious offer for it.

Thanks and PM me your fee and a contact number.

Might try to ****** it and see what that says. Usually lists owner changes, but not sure how much info.

I don't think ****** works on cars before'81.There has to be at least16 digits in the VIN for it to work.I tried it last year on mine.
