Ours actually will have 1/2" wider hub width than stock. Making the hub width narrower is actually working backwards because geometry will suffer, as well as the scrub radius. This doesn't effect the max tire size you can fit, just the wheel offset needed to fit the tire.Matt Jones

Matt, what size backspacing do you guys think will be correct on your new frame, using a 9.5" wide front wheel (i.e. 10.5" overall physical width due the tire beads)? I have a few folks that are really interested in this setup, so get your butts in gear!!! Kidding, I'm guessing you guys are full throttle as always.

Matt,
Is this clip going to be vehicle specific or is it intended to be a universal application? I am looking for one for my 66 chevy II.
Thanks, Todd

You may be able to space it out an 1/8", so I encourage you to verify the 68" spec. Anyway, we're speeding through the production process as fast as we can to get this thing going. The positive response from everybody has been overwhealming. Headers are now available for LS, SBC and BBC motors, jigs are finished, etc. and we're just a couple short weeks away from accepting orders. We're so close it hurts!
Todd,
This is for first gen F bodies (and X) only. We are looking into the possibility of doing a Chevy II and '70-'81 F-Body in the future.Last edited by silver69camaro; 01-17-2007 at 10:58 AM.
