Looks pretty cool, I wonder how much it will cost to satisfy the EPA that the site is cleaned up? Let's see how much does it cost to have a ton of soil incinerated again....
I bet he's in some kind of environmental trouble. Cool thing is when you sell land like that, you sell the problem at the same time.

Is that an over head shot of your house Chuck?
I doubt the property goes with cause I 'd be all over that...sell everything and build a race facility.
