Gen3 compressor clutch options
Is there anyway I can swap a new clutch with a wider pulley on to the compressor? I need to move the compressor forward so I can run it off the main serpetine belt. At least that is what I hope to be able to do. The only other idea I can think of is to use a different compressor all together. I think the LT1 fbodies used a compressor with a pulley that is the same width as the gen3 motors. It appears to mount slightly different though. What about a Sanden? Does it use a pulley that is the same width as the gen 3? Thanks everyone.
