I just do not get it

This site really blows my mind. My thread about a diecast car gets moved to the outhouse section when i have seen other topics about diecast cars in this section and then the thread turkey day stays what is the deal?

      Paul,

I realize you're angry at your thread being moved, but keeping threads in the proper section is to the benefit of everyone. It makes it very difficult for the moderators to do their job, if threads are posted in random sections. The open discussion forum is intended for discussing non-technical topics of and relating to pro-touring. The Outhouse is intended for all other discussions. You may not realize but the moderators (9), Larry and myself move quite a few threads each day to the proper sections, as it helps the moderators/administrators run the board better. Having threads in the proper sections also aids members in locating the threads in the future. Regarding the turkey day thread, it has now been moved to the outhouse where it belongs, unfortunately it was skipped over by both myself and the other moderators. I'm not sure how you browse the threads on pt.com, but I know that myself and most of the moderators use the "new posts" feature and at times it's easy to miss where the thread has been posted, and therefore not move it. I'm not sure if this will change how you feel but I can tell you that from looking at the admin cp, the outhouse gets just about as many views as the open discussion forum.

      Thanks,
