      Really need your help...

It's been a long while since I posted here, been way busy. Anyway I need your help. I do custom hot rod illustrations and I did one for a guy named Jake Reed and I've lost contact. I need to send his drawing to him and I'm wondering if any of you know how to contact him. He was building a 73 Nova with Vette suspension parts and old school Cobra style 17" rims. He was from California. Attached is a photo of his car and the rendering. If you know how to find him PLEASE let me know!!! THANKS!
