convertible roll bar
Hi,
I saw several camaros and fire birds convertibles (IE prodigy car) with a roll bar. Not sure if its functional or not. Who supplies these? Are the weld in or bolt on?

Oh man, I am sure others will jump in. OK, here is the deal. The bar in Prodigy is totaly hand built by Michael, and is functional. However, to make it the way he did and try to sell it, it would be millions, LOL! So I finally have a car coming in January. We have a new bender, new software, and intend to do the bar in a production enviroment. I won't have pricing until it is done. It will be functional, but not technicaly NHRA / SCCA legal.
Once we have it nailed, we will bring it to market.
Some of the other cars you may have seen either have Saleen or PT Cruiser bars. They are show bars only.
