Hooker LS conversion mounts?

FWIW,

I have both the S&P Plates and the Holley Plates. The S&P plates position the motor more forward BUT lower. Converesly, the Holley plates sit the motor further back but higher.

I bought a set of the Holley/Hooker Long tube headers. However with the S&P plates the headers hit the steering box.

So, I welded up the Holley plates. Then drilled and tapped them to sit lower but in their original position (closer to the firewall).

I ended up with plates that position the motor tight to the firewall (holley's position) and Lower (S&P's position).

The headers now have plenty of clearance.
