Another exhaust size question
I was always told that 500 hp is the point from where you would go from 2 1/2" to 3" size pipe. It seems like alot of people disagree with that, and say anything over 400 hp go 3". Well my 406 is right on the border line of the 500 hp and i'm in the market for a new exhaust system. The cost of the 2 1/2" and 3" kits are not that far off in price, so which do i choose? I'm leaning towards the 2 1/2" with ultra flo's, this is a street car "toy", with a 4-speed and won't see any track time.

with a big ci sb I wouldn't put anything but a 3" on it.
