      Shifter boots?

I need to find a decent looking shifter boot for my 68 camaro. Car has a t56 in it with a B&M shifter and no center consule. Would of prefered a leather boot more like a modern car rather that rubber but I can't find a boot in any parts catalogs.

      What have others used?

I found those boots late last night after posting. They are supposdedly designed for the lokdar shifters I thought. Will the top of the boot fit around a B&M ripper shifter handle do you think?

I have mine on my stock T56 shifter. You can probably throw it on your shifter. don't know how far you could slide it down the shaft though. if anything, get someone to stitch you up a new boot.

I know it's blasphemy, but the Import tuner guys have a wide variety. Pep Boys has some in the dress-up isle and I know that some audio shops carry Momo stuff and they have a ton of choices.

      boot

I had one made out of black vinel (same as my seats) Just 4 simple triangles sewn together to make a cone shape and then a nice edge on the botom and on the under side had velcro sewn on to it. It sticks to the loop style carpet like no other and is simple to remove if I need to, and the best thing is not fishing for the holes in the floor threw the carpet for the damn screws!!

I have that same boot in my '67 Camaro with a T56 and B&M shifter. It looks and fits great.

This is a stock 99 Camaro boot I modified for the pro 5.0 shifter
Just thought I would throw it in since the car is back under the KNIFE. Randy
