Is vacume advance needed
I am considering installing a MSD 6AL on my HEI system and the only HEI wiring available says HEI "without" vacume advance.
The motor is a 383 approximate hp is 475.
It is connected to manifold vacume as that is all I could access on the carb.
Could I do without the vacume advance?
