Ok, so it seems it's been postponed. I can't make it, but if anyone else wants to meet up, give Lowend a buzz. I'll be at Goodguys in Pleasanton in November though, so we can do something there too.

I'm going anyways - I have already invited people and they are coming from Gilroy and Pleasanton. Even if it's not a formal event, show up and meet some people!

I'll be there around 11. Maybe a drive in the afternoon?

I was originally going to pull the plug since I could not get anyone to commit to showing up over at Nastyz28.com
In the last couple of days - since I announced it the event was postponed a lot of people have shown interest so
      yes we are on

This will be a informal thing. There is a Safeway around the corner if we need stuff and a pool hall accross the street that makes Death Burgers if we don't wanna cook for ourselves.

David, Mary - too bad, I think I was leaving just as you got there. I would have liked to see the dual purpose car and share some stories about road racing. Oh well. I was the one on the other thread asking for input on dual purpose pro-touring cars. I did decide to go for a dedicated track car and go try my hand at some spec racing. I purchased a '82 Camaro prepped for the NASA CMC class. I head down to LA next week to get it and then straight up to THill to run it on Thursday with my private group. I can't wait!!

What a cool get-together! Well worth the drive, obviously not a big event like Gooduys Pleasanton, but then again, that was the beauty of it. We all got to meet each other and learn a few things about the custom work done to get the cars where they are, without being lost in the crowd. Let's do this again in the spring!!!

      How about that DeltaT?

The 1st Gen TT Ls1 was killer, and the stance/ride height on the 1st Gen Bird, WOW. Scott's 69 was a beauty, and of course I enjoyed the 3 RS 2nd Gens lined up together. Mary's RS was excellent, a real-world car that is used as intended, a lot of neat setups on that car (clutch linkage with heims, power steering setup, Autopower cage, etc.). Enjoyed talking to everyone, just wish I could get my car down there...

Keith, thanks for the decklid and frame braces, I will install them soon!

It was great meeting up with you guys!
We should do a meeting like this each spring and fall. It was nice having just the PT crowd there.
      Rick, Awsome Camaro!
