Member pictures
I tried searching for a thread where members might have posted pics of themselves but did'nt find one. I'm talking about pics of themselves not their cars. I figured it would be cool to start on so here goes.

Under each persons control panel is the ability to upload a Custom Profile Picture. I think this will do what you are looking for.
