      New Here

Hiya from Western Michigan. Currently in my little shop space sits a 1979 Plymouth Volare. She's in sad shape at the moment, but a plan has been hatched. We haven't sorted out the details for suspention as of yet, but a powertrain has been chosen. A fresh from the crate new generation Hemi, twin turboed and fuel injected. That should make for a fun ride. I chose the Volare because it's an unusual choice that will look plenty wicked with a pro touring stance. I certainly won't see a twin of my car out there. We'll be backing it up with a six speed trans, not sure whose yet, but there will be a proper clutch and six forward gears. More info and pics as the project progresses.

Welcome to the site. Are you concerned about any tuning issues with the twins and the DCX computer? Or has someone finally cracked the EFI code? I don't follow the new hemis much, but I know that the tuning or lack thereof was once a major concern for any serious modifications. Good luck with the project, keep us posted.
