SSBC DISC BRAKE Problem

I put the dual piston slotted rotor brake conversion on my nova in the front, the kit comes with a proportioning valve for the rear. it seems like my brakes are dragging real bad, i decreased the pressure in the rear via the valve and it went away in the rear, but the fronts are always pushed together, i have hardly any pedal i just touch the pedal and they lock. what can i do to get the disc pads to back off a bit so there not rubbung the rotors until i hit the brakes and then they go back off the rotors like they should. also I have line loc on the front, i will disconnect the power to them in morning and see if the problem continues

I assume it comes with a MC for a front disc? The orignal if for drums has a built in residual pressure valve that wil make the discs drag.
