      How's It Going?

      Hey everyone!

Well I guess I'll go through basics. I'm Mike, I'm 16, and from Oswego Illinois. I'm currently looking to buy a 68-69 Camaro shell and build a aluminum 408 with some healthy turbos to go along with it. Of course this would be an ongoing, hard and most importantly VERY long process lol. I go to Oswego East, I love cars in general but my heart is set on muscle cars and Corvettes, I'm the president of the Auto's club here at school and I am always trying to gain knowledge on cars.

How's everyone else doing? It'll take me awhile to get to know the "profile" on everyone but I hope to be a contributing member of the pro-touring website!

Mike, where you at in Oswego? I'm in Montgomery. Good luck on a 1st gen camaro though with prices the way they are. You may want to just hold out until more aftermarket bodies are out there as they are getting to be competitive on cost. You may want to consider a similar year Firebird. They make Aluminum Pontiac blocks over 500ci and no offense to any of the excellent first gen Camaro's on this board but it would be very hard to make a Camaro that hasn't been done before and several times over.
