      Obd1 Tuning

      Ok I have a chip but need a little more input to set up for my application. It is running Painless harness. Wide band O2 but what tuning set up? Looking for simple laptop program and cable. Anybody in Long Island NY or close that has dyno and can really set it up correctly??? Thanks Brian
