SC&C AFX spindle setup
Anyone have experience with the AFX set up Marcus sells ? wondering If I can use it with the Stage II arms and ball joints. from reading his site I'm getting that the AFX setup allows you to bolt on C5 and C6 rotors and calipers, am I reading this right ?
Also since he doesn't have a diagram up for the AFX setup does anyone know how it is in comparison to the Stage II or the G-5?

Marcus is very gracious and will answer your questions if you call or email. I asked the same question, and the AFX package performance is somewhere between the Stage II and the G-5. He'll set you up with what ever kind of performance/package suits your needs.

I recently purchased this setup from Marcus and both the a-arms and the AFX spindles are quality pieces. I'm not sure about the balljoint applications but yes you can bolt (actually, you HAVE to use) C5 or C6 brake setups to these spindles. Older brake setups will not work with the spindles.

Rubes, what makes you say that the G-5 setup out performs the AFX? I'm not doubting you, but just questioning.
From what I have read, SC&C's street-comp AFX kit looks like the best front suspension setup available, next to a full subframe C5 setup, like Wayne Due's, etc. Tyler @ ATS says that his spindle offers better suspension geometry than any of the bolt on suspension arm setups he tested, and combined with SC&C's adjustable upper arm, makes it the best choice IMO. Not to mention, you can bolt on a 13" C5 brake it from Touring-Classics for $650 bucks.

I guess maybe I mis-spoke just a bit. I didnt mean to say the G-5 wouldneccessarily outperform the street-comp AFX setup. The guy asked about the diagrams, and here is what I got from Marcus;
Sorry if I mislead anyone.The tall AFX spindles,as in our Street Comp AFX package have geometry that falls roughly between our Street Comp Stage 2 and the G-5. The spindles are tall enough that it`s impossible to align the car without something like our adj. arms.
