help please

I just saposadly upgraded from single piston calipers and solid rotors to dual piston calipers and vented rotors and braided flex line. I bled the brakes enough to refill the front reservior three times, but the pedal still feals softer than it was with the old stuff. Am I missing something or is this to be expected.
