Schwartz shop
For my first post outside of the "new guy" forum I'd like to say thanks to Jeff for letting me hang out at his shop for an afternoon last month. He picked me up from the local train station in the Boss 49 of all things! "Bitchin' rod" I thought. Heading back to the shop Jeff described the suspension mods he made to the 49 and proceeded to toss it into some tight corners. It handled like a slot car! No drama, just turn and go. And it still had nice ride quality!
The only problem is it needs seats with lateral support, the current
"rod" seats are flat and I was sliding all over the place! Regardless, I was wearing a really big grin. Incredibly nice ride!
At the shop, Jeff showed me the Devastation Wagon project(drool),his new chassis for the V8TV Camaro(nice),his TT Ultima(speechless) and got a better look at the Boss 49's suspension.Hung around long enough to see a 65 GTO get dropped off for big wheels/brakes and susp work, then Dale dropped me off at the train station in his killer T/A. All in all, a great visit!
Thanks again Jeff!
