Bad backfire off WOT
After going WOT the car backfires bad once off the gass. 333 small block, TH350, 2800 RPM stall, Holly 600cfm carb, 1 inch spacer, K&N cleaner
what could be wrong? timing?

Srry i just found it =)
Is it backfireing out the exaust pipe? if so you have an exaust leak
the exaust leak allowes fresh oxegyn into the hot unburnt fuel that gets dumped when you slam the throttle shut and ignites the unburnt fuel in the exaust
Unless you have the smogg conected still and you have california emissions then you would have air injection. If this is the case you probebly have a bad Diverter valve which diveerts the air being pumped into the exaust out of it under decell69 Camaro
