      T56 kit

Anyone know a good guestimate what it costs to put in a T56?

I already have pedals. But i need to know average T56 costs, clutch, flywheel, install kit, etc

I believe Tyler's first gen T56 install kit is about $700...

Plan on paying in the realm of $1000-$1400 for a good used T56 tranny/bellhousing (depends on how good of a shopper you are)...

Probably figure on spending around $400-$500 for a good clutch setup, a little more if you go with an aluminum flywheel...

It can be done typically anywhere from $2900-6000 depending on components used.

Cost for a used T56 is anywhere from $800 for a broken one all the way to $1700 for a newly rebuilt one.
Brand new units are usually around $2100.

Stock clutch can start around $120 and go as high as $1100, flywheels are gernerally had for about $75 used all the way up to $750 for new aluminum units.

My install kit is $600 plus shipping, and will allow the bolt in of any 93-97 LT1 style T56.

I also offer the complete kit that includes all parts needed to swap from an auto to T56.

Thanks guys. Im trying to figure out if I want to go with a T56 or an electronic auto...

Tyler speaking of autos, do you have any idea as to when your Shrifter kit will be out and around how much it might cost? I also have a few more questions about that whole setup and would like to further discuss it with you.

Very soon, last I heard it should be before the 1st of the year. Email me any questions you have regarding the setup, and I'd be happy to discuss them.
