Take it from someone who has been there, growing pains really do suck. The key to a sucessful business long time though is working thru all the hipcups, and keeping current and future customers up to speed on what is going on.
I am sure if you go thru the other thread, and pm each of the members with a legitimate issue, most will understand and plan accordingly. You may lose a couple, but that is life. Just learn from this mistake so it does not happen again.
Good Luck with the business, and stay in touch. Your expertise on brakes could be a real asset here.
