      Machinists

Anybody know how much a machinist can make after graduating a technical school?

In my area it depends on what you consider to be a machinist. If you just do production parts on a CNC you can earn $9 - $13 an hour depending on the shop. If you are a one off special parts shop and have multiple setups and do the setups you can look for $16 - $25 per hour. It's really tough to define machinist these days with all of the programs and the way shops are setup. If you have your own shop and equipment you can get a whole lot more. Check out the want adds and see how it compares in your area.

Enough to put a 45 x60 steel building behind your house. Then right after that is complete, level the house and build a new one.
The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.
