It would be easire for you to drive up ther Mark.
Naw, we just build our own these days.

It is really interesting that they still struggle with the business side of things. I can tell you that it is really tough to start a company, and these types of things can happen easily when you are trying to bootstrap your way into sustainable sale, but GW has been doing this for years, and I'd have to guess profitably, seems like a problem they should be able to fix. I will say though, most of their stuff is pretty nice, and they were the innovators for a LOT of this stuff.

I have been waiting for a del a lum shackle kit from them to hold me over until I can aford Marks setup. They first told me they would take 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I called back and they said 2 weeks again. 2 week later I called back and they said 1 week and that they would call me when they were ready. It has now been about 2 and a half weeks since my last call and have still not heard anything. I have and really like their front a arms but am wondering if this rear shackle kit is really worth it. DSE polyurithane's are starting to sound really tempting.

I just ordered from Ron's Raceshop (nastyz28 sponsor) & got them in a few days. I guess that sounds like the key, order them from a vendor with the parts in their hands.

I talked to Kevin yesterday to try to resolve my outstanding issue and gave him some "friendly" feedback - great products but customer service needs much improvement.

Wow! With all the negative comments on their customer service I would think they would do something about it, or people might just take their business elsewhere.

I also ordered my GW stuff through Ron's. Fast service and customer service was great. I would give them a call!

UPDATE: Jegs now sells GW. I would go through them. Even if it is not stocked, my experience is that since it is a Jegs order, they ship/make it faster. I was waiting 4 weeks for a bumpsteer kit from Baer then cancelled my order after several calls and them finally telling me the parts were not in stock and they were waiting on the manf for blanks. I ordered through Jegs that same day and got it in one week.
