Precision Brakes ? Anyone having luck

Anyone else having issues with getting "anything" from Precision? I'm going on 2 months and was just told the rotors and parkers won't be here for another 3 wks! Not a great first time experience...

I wasn't very impressed with them either. I ordered a stainless hose (that is one hose), was told it was in stock and would ship by the end of the week. They charged my card the next day, and didn't ship for a month. Called on four different occasions (different times, different days), and the only person who could help me was always either "away from the office" or "gone for the day". Then, when I finally spoke to her, I was told that my "in stock" hose was on backorder. Someone lied . I'll never buy from them again.

I'm glad it worked for you.
I did get a quality line, and my complaint is not that it took a month to get, the car won't be ready to drive for another year. It's that I was told the part was in stock when it wasn't. AND my card was charged right away. I'm a big boy, I can handle the truth. The truth wouldn't have changed where I bought the hose from. They were the only place that I could get just the one hose, and not have to buy a whole kit.
Vendors should start under-promising and over-delivering (it's going to take two weeks, then ships after two days) instead of over-promising and under-delivering as in my case. [rant/off]

I was dealing with Laramie for a while and he knew his stuff. After he left, I had some basic questions about Wilwood brakes and
got totally different answers both times I called. One guy priced me out
Dynalites and said they would be great for my 69 camaro, next guy said
they won't work on a car over 3000lbs quoted me $3500!! One guy said my tracking width would change, one said no. My car is a
cruzer not a road racer. Bought everything from Noel at Touring Classics
great to deal with and knew his product. Would recommend him.

Well, I think it's time to notify PB and let them address this. To keep this from snowballing I am going to close this thread for now and make Precision Brakes aware of it. I say let them have a chance to reply and hopefully they have or are working things out.
