Very nice! what's the engine and interior look like?

Being "magazine material" is a really misunderstood concept. It's not about having the nicest car (im most cases). It's about having an interesting car for whatever reason.

I only have one critique of your ride. I think the back sits too low in relation to the front. I think if you raised the back a tad and lowered the front a tad the rake of the car would look better. Just my .02

Love the car and it's nice to see a nicely done Chevelle.

I can vouch for that!! My car made it and I never thought it was a contender. And the stance could use some attention. Wanna trade? J/K!! Awesome ride!!

steve made a good point , it's not always the nicest car .
i do like your chevelle , i think it is a very built car , i like the wheel combo ,nice car .
plus i have a good friend who shoots for a major magazine co . so i have spent alot of time with him at shows , dont "over "try to get into a magazine.

where i disagree with steve is . dont raise the rear , lower the front more !

it's tucking lip in the back and not the front. If anything the front needs to be down more to balance the look. Raising the back may kill the look he was after.

The interior looks nice and I like the flat black look in the engine compartment, looks clean. I think that the second picture in the first post makes the back look lower than it actually due to the angle that the pictures was taken, but the front could come down a touch more.

Looks a lot like my '66, Super Chevy covered it a few years back and your car looks much cleaner.

Sadly my car has been suffering parked out on the street with all the rain we have had here in So. Cal this year. Had to tear out all the carpet due to moisture and the base of the windsheild is not too happy.

Oh well, such is life, someday it will again have a garage.

Note: The colors in my pic have been photoshoped, the real color is very close to your car.

I agree with this statement. Keep on working with that camera.

I also believe if you live in CA meaning - location, location, location improves your changes 1000%.

My own kid now 18 has taken two years of photo classes. From then to now the quality of his pic skills is like day and night. He also reads up on the PHR photo contest. Hes looking forward to taking some premo picks of my GTO this summer.

Definately worthy of magazine coverage IMO!
