      Broken water pump blade

I have my motor all disassembled and i was about to start cleaning my water pump, when i flipped it over and noticed that one of the blades on the back of the water pump was broken and sheered off. Now my question is, i know this isnt good, but should i replace it now or could the water pump hold off like this for a little while, also how much is this going to affect my cooling?

I can't say if it will affect the cooling that bad but it will make the shaft out of balance. That is not good. It'll wear the bearings, make it leak, or worse. FRANK
