      installing wires - neutral safety switch

      i am in the process of rewiring my 67 Camaro. I am using the AAW kit. The question I have i have is in reguards to the shifter. I have two purple wires coming from the harness. One is nuetral safety and the other is the starter. The wires I have coming off of my shifter are both purple. One wire has a white strip on it and the other does not. Which wire does the purple and white wire hook up to? Or does it matter? I put in the emergancy room is because I am wiring as we speak and do not want to stop
