Those, my friend, are Edelbrock 454 wheels , from back when they made them a couple of years ago. They stopped making them, but I am not quite certain why I heard every reason from a lawsuit to a fire in the facility where they were cast. Ultra is making the same wheel essentialy, just sans the indentation on the outer rim for a little Edelbrock logo. Size is 17X8, 4.25 BS all around. 235/45r17 in back (can fit a 255) and 215/45R17 (might fit a 225) up front. I am looking into Vintage Wheel V48 so I can get the correct offset to fit more rubber front and back.
