Master cylinders

ok i have a 66 continental and it's not going to be a corner carver but i do have a second gen for that but any ways the master cylinder on the lincoln is shot and a new one i only a single res. POS and there hard to find and this car is going full custom and im going to start with disk brake and the way around but for right now i need a MC can i buy and after market one and what do i need to measure to insure that it fits? thanks alot more questions to come. i was on this forum about 3 years ago and man has it grown!!
