Limited funds. 70 chevelle

I know, if I had more of it,I wouldnt be posting this. I removed a bench seat and want to put buckets in. Should have kept the bench.I bought a cheap set of used late,, 86-92 camaro buckets,I thought I would have them recovered,. Did a temp install using two of the four original holes and just drilled through the floorboard and used an oversized washer,real large. OK as I thought when I replaced the carpet I would do it right.. Well my cars intereior is apart right now,and Im trying to mount these so that incase of something serious ,we dont go flying out of the car. If I buy the bench to buckets brackets they sell for chevelle,will the buckets that I have still not fit,,right? Other than, buying a new set of buckets,like procar with brackets. Is there anything else I can do.. NO< I dont weld either.. I think Im going to have to wait to do it that way,. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.. ITS GETTING NICE here in ny, but today its raining,,,,,,,,,,,,,, tears of not having more money>
