Two part Nascar Rim question

OK,

I know crager makes a knockoff version of the nascar rim in a 17 inch but it really does not look like the real thing. So WHY cant AERO or Basset make a 17 inch version? Is there some technical explaination on it? I would think there would be a HUGE market for this look.

Also, if I am forced to go the 15 inch route(ugh) what is the biggest tire combo that will fit on a 69 camaro with a 2 inch drop suspension? 15x8's?? bigger?? how big of a tire, And does anyone have pictures of their cars with these kind of rims on them??
