Auto To Manual Conversion Frame Bracket

I got a clutch linkage kit for my auto to manual conversion(tko 600)and everything seems to be there but I am having a problem understanding how the frame bracket attaches to the frame. Everytime I try to line it up with the holes on the outside of the frame it does not line up. If I try and line them up the bracket goes no where near where it should be to line up with the z bar. I know the z bar has to go where it goes cause the motor and tranny are in place and it just sits on the ball straight across. Is it possible that I could have the wrong one? Does somebody have a picture of what this bracket SHOULD look like installed in their car? ANY PHOTOS would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!! I have a small block 383.

This is probably a long shot, but are you using the stock front subframe? I have an Alston sub, and the stock bracket wouldn't line up. I had to call Alston to get theirs.

Someone on another site said that the third hole needed for the frame bracket is HIDDEN behind the fender well. Can anyone confirm that? That would mean that there is a total of four holes? If someone could snap a picture it would be great!! Thanks in advance!!
