Ok, I wasn't sure if I should post this here or in the interior forum...

It wasn't a question, more an update on my car, miniscule though it may be. Got my Recaro's installed finally. Here are some side by side pics of old vs. new and with both in. Car needs to be detailed, just about getting to the point here in Pittsburgh where I can take her out of the garage. Factory seats are in original upholstery.

Looks great. Nice support without sacrificing comfort. What shifter is that?

Ah yes, the shifter. I am not quite sure what it is, other than the fact it is 70's vintage. It has a Hurst T-handle on it, but other than that, no markings. I bought the car from the original owner and he installed it way back when he first bought the car. He passed away before I got some precious details on a few things about the car.

Nice, they look like they belong. I'm a big fan of things looking OE.

I'm so glad I took a look inside your showroom doors

That is precisely why I wanted vintage recaros. I had contemplated SRD's, but in the end I wanted something that almost looked factory and I think these accomplish that.

Those definately look like they should be there. 2nd-gen seats are terrible. I love my 4th-gen leathers.
